§ 32.063 OFFICERS.
   There shall be elected from the members of the Bureau a Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson; terms shall be for 1 year. The Town Manager of Wilkesboro or his or her designee shall serve as the Finance Officer/Treasurer and Secretary.
