§ 32.030 COMPENSATION AND OTHER BENEFITS.
   Auxiliary police officers shall not be entitled to remuneration for their services unless called into active duty for an extended period of time by the Board of Commissioners, in which event they may receive compensation for their services as shall be fixed by the Commissioners. Auxiliary police officers shall not be entitled to any benefits or compensation other than those provided in this section and § 32.029, but this shall not in any manner affect the rights of any person to benefits provided by the State of North Carolina or by Act of Congress for civilian defense workers or auxiliary police officers.
