§ 32.026 ADDITIONAL DUTIES; CHIEF OF POLICE.
   In addition to his or her duties as commanding officer of the Police Department, the Chief of Police shall perform all duties prescribed for him or her by this code and other ordinances and by the General Statutes of North Carolina.
