The Planning Board shall meet each year on the first Tuesday in June and elect its chairperson and create and fill offices as it may determine. The term of the chairperson and other officers shall be 1 year, with eligibility for reelection. The Board shall adopt rules for transaction of its business and shall keep a record of its members’ attendance and of its resolutions, discussions, findings and recommendations, which record shall be a public record. The Board shall hold at least 1 meeting monthly, and all of its meetings shall be open to the public. There shall be a quorum of 3 members for the purpose of taking any official action required by state law, this code or other ordinance of the Board of Commissioners.
