The Chief of Police shall maintain a roster of police officers to attend each meeting of the Board of Commissioners in the capacity of sergeant at arms, unless excused from attendance by the presiding officer. The sergeant at arms shall maintain order at meetings and execute the orders of the Board of Commissioners as given to him or her by the presiding officer.
