No question decided by the Board of Commissioners shall be reversed at any subsequent meeting, except by a vote of 2/3 of the Commissioners present. A motion to reconsider a vote shall not be in order except at the same, or any adjourned meeting to that at which the vote is taken, or upon notice by 1 voting with the majority on the question, that a motion to reconsider will be made at the next regular meeting.
