(A) There shall be a regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners on the first Monday of each month, in the Town Hall, at an hour as the Commissioners may fix by resolution; provided, that when the first Monday of any month falls upon a holiday, the Board may, by resolution or motion, fix another day for the meeting.
(B) Special meetings may be called at any time by the Mayor or by any 2 of the Commissioners; and the Mayor and each Commissioner, not joining in the call, shall be notified of the meeting and the purposes thereof, and no business shall be transacted at that meeting other than that stated in the call.
