§ 30.02 EX OFFICIO OFFICERS; APPOINTIVE OFFICERS.
    The Wilkesboro Mayor, Town Manager and Finance Officer shall serve as non-voting ex officio members and the immediate past chairman shall serve as a non-voting ex officio member.
