§ 30.01 CONFLICTS OF INTEREST; CLAIMS/WARRANTS NOT TO BE PURCHASED.
   No officer or employee of the town shall have any interest (other than as a citizen) in any town contract for materials or services; and no officer or employee of the town shall buy any warrant issued by the town for less than its face value; a violation of this section shall subject the offender to a forfeiture of his or her office or position.
