§ 155.20 APPEAL OF ORDER OF INSPECTOR; FINALITY IF NOT APPEALED.
   Any owner who has received an order under § 155.18 may appeal from the order to the Town Board of Adjustment by giving notice of appeal in writing to the inspector and to the Town Clerk within 10 days following issuance of the order. In the absence of an appeal to the Board of Adjustment within the prescribed time, the order of the inspector shall be final. The Board of Adjustment shall hear appeals within a reasonable time after receipt of the notice of appeal and it may modify and affirm or revoke the order. Any person aggrieved by a decision or order of the inspector shall have the remedies provided in G.S. § 160A-446.
