   The Energy Code, 2002 edition, and all relevant appendices, (North Carolina State Building Code, Energy Code, 2002 edition) as adopted and published by the North Carolina Building Code Council and as amended, is hereby adopted by reference as fully as though set forth herein as the Energy Code for the town.
