The Inspection Department shall consist of a Building Inspector, a Plumbing Inspector, a Heating-Air Conditioning Inspector, an Electrical Inspector and other inspectors or deputy or assistant inspectors as may be authorized by the Board of Commissioners. The Board of Commissioners may, in its discretion, designate 1 person to fill any 1 or more or all of these positions. If more than 1 person is employed as an inspector the Board may designate a member of the department as the Department Head.
