§ 132.15 PROSTITUTION; DISORDERLY HOUSES.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to keep a house of prostitution or disorderly house within the town, or to rent any property to another for use as a house of prostitution or disorderly house; and all adult persons living in the houses shall be considered keepers thereof. All owners of leased or rented houses that are being used for the purposes herein set forth shall, on being made aware of the purpose for which those premises are being used, and after being notified by the Chief of Police of the town that any house or premises is being used for immoral purposes, take immediate steps to abate the nuisance or eject disorderly and immoral tenants.
