(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to appear on or in any public place in the town for the purpose of making trick or treat visitations, or to go on or in any private premises for that purpose, except as provided in division (B) of this section.
(B) Division (A) of this section shall not apply to children 12 years of age and under between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. on each Halloween night.
(C) It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly permit his or her minor child or ward to violate the provisions of this section.
