§ 132.07 GAMBLING.

No person within the town shall bet money, property or other thing of value, whether the same be in stake or not, at any game of cards or other game of chance or skill. BEACH BINGO as defined by G.S. § 14-309.14 shall not constitute gambling and shall not constitute a violation of this section.
