(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to plant either Carolina poplar trees or maple trees between the sidewalk and the street at any place in the town.

(B) It shall be unlawful for any person wantonly or recklessly to injure any shade, fruit or ornamental tree lawfully standing on any street, sidewalk or other public place within the town.
