(A) Each taxi service and every driver shall pay to the town an annual fee in an amount as set forth time to time by the Council in its annual budget, said fees to be set in the schedule of fees adopted in conjunction with the schedule of fees.
(B) By resolution, the Council shall establish fees for applications for taxi service permits and driver permits.
(C) Until changed by adoption of a new schedule of fees or by resolution of the Council, the following fees shall be in effect:
(1) Taxi service application fee: $50.
(2) Taxi service annual fee (privilege license) $15 per taxicab.
(3) Taxicab driver permit application fee (exclusive of drivers listed on taxi service application) $25.
(4) Taxicab driver permit annual fee: $3 per driver.
