§ 115.163 GOVERNING LAW AND CHOICE OF FORUM.
   Any dispute arising with respect to this chapter or a franchise agreement granted pursuant to it shall be subject to review by the state and federal courts having primary jurisdiction in the Town of Wilkesboro, North Carolina.
