§ 115.017 RIGHTS RESERVED TO GRANTOR.

In addition to any rights specifically reserved to the grantor by this chapter or a franchise agreement, grantor reserves to itself every right and power that is required to be reserved by a provision of any other chapter or under any other franchise.
