This chapter shall be known and may be cited as Chapter 17 Town of Wilkesboro Master Cable Services Regulatory Ordinance, and it shall become a part of the ordinances of the town. This chapter shall take effect and be in force from and after its adoption for the grant of any new franchise agreement or renewal of any franchise existing at the time of adoption. All chapters or parts of the Town of Wilkesboro Code in conflict with the provisions of this chapter are repealed.
