§ 114.09 AUTHORITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
   (A)   This chapter is enacted pursuant to the provisions of G.S. § 160A-215.1.
   (B)   This chapter and the taxes thereby levied and imposed shall become effective July 1, 2000.
