§ 93.21 RABIES; VACCINATION TAG AND CERTIFICATE.
   Each person owning a dog of the age of 6 months or more shall have the dog vaccinated to prevent rabies, and the vaccination shall be given according to the directions and instructions of a duly licensed veterinarian or physician. Each person, immediately after having his or her dog vaccinated, shall place on the dog's collar a tag furnished by the party doing the vaccination, to be worn by the dog at all times; and he or she shall then file with the Town Clerk a certificate of vaccination, which shall be recorded by the Clerk in his or her office, and shall be prima facie evidence that the dog owner has complied with this section.
