§ 93.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   AT LARGE. An animal or fowl shall be considered to be AT LARGE when it is off the premises of the owner, and not under the control of a responsible person either by leash, cord or otherwise.
   DOG. Any canine animal, male or female.
   OWNER. Any person owning, keeping or harboring an animal or fowl within the town.
