§ 91.24 CONSTRUCTION AND BYLAWS FOR VOLUNTEER MEMBERS.
   The constitution and bylaws applicable to volunteer members of the Fire Department shall be consistent with state law, this code and other ordinances and the rules and regulations of the Fire Department, and provision shall be made for election of officers at the first meeting in November in each year and for the holding of at least 1 practice drill per month, with the names of those participating to be reported monthly to the Chief of the Fire Department. Constitution and bylaws and all amendments thereto shall be approved by the Board of Commissioners, by resolution or motion, and filed in the office of the Town Clerk, before taking effect. A copy of the approved constitution and by-laws shall also be on file in the office of the Chief of the Fire Department.
