§ 91.23 AUTHORITY OF MEMBERS; INTERFERENCE WITH FIREFIGHTERS.
   Members of the Fire Department shall have authority to do all acts reasonably necessary to extinguish fires and protect life and property from fire; it shall be unlawful for any person, including the owner of property which is burning, wilfully to interfere in any manner with any firefighter in the performance of his or her duty.
