§ 91.21 ADDITIONAL DUTIES OF CHIEF.
   In addition to his or her duties as Commanding Officer of the Fire Department, the Chief of the Fire Department shall perform all duties prescribed for him or her by this code and other ordinances and by the General Statutes of North Carolina.
