§ 91.01 SALE OF FIREWORKS AND THE LIKE.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to sell, or offer for sale in the town any firecrackers, fireworks or pyrotechnics of any kind or any nature whatsoever except as expressly allowed and condoned by the General Assembly of the State of North Carolina by duly ratified and published General Statute.
