§ 73.07 PARKING WITHIN 1 BLOCK OF SCENE OF FIRE PROHIBITED.
   (A)   No person shall park a vehicle within 1 block of any fire occurring within the town during the time when the Fire Department shall be engaged fighting fire or when the fire truck or other apparatus is going to answer a call to a fire; and any vehicle so parked shall be removed immediately upon any alarm of fire being given, from any territory within 1 block of the fire, and shall not be driven and parked within 1 block of the fire while firefighters are engaged in the work of extinguishing the fire.
   (B)   No person shall park a vehicle within 1 block of any fire at any time immediately preceding, during or immediately after the fire is being fought by the Fire Department or members thereof when told to desist from parking a vehicle by any police officer or Chief of the Fire Department or other town firefighter.
