§ 72.15 CROSSWALKS; SPECIFIC DUTIES IMPOSED.
   Vehicles approaching a crosswalk shall yield the right of way to any pedestrian therein and shall take all precautionary action necessary to avoid collision with any pedestrian; and at any crosswalk which is posted with a sign of the term “stop for pedestrian in crosswalk” any vehicle approaching the crosswalk shall be brought to a stop when a pedestrian is in the crosswalk.
