§ 72.12 ZONES OF QUIET SIGNS; SPECIFIC DUTIES IMPOSED.
   Whenever official signs are placed, erected or installed indicating a zone of quiet, no person driving a motor vehicle within any quiet zone shall sound the horn or other warning device of a vehicle, except in an emergency, nor shall he or she permit any radio or other sound-emitting device in the vehicle to be heard at a distance beyond the edge of the roadway; and no person in the vehicle shall make any unnecessary noise.
