§ 70.30 PERSONS ON MOTORCYCLES AND BICYCLES.

(A) The operator of a motorcycle or bicycle, when upon a street, shall not carry any person upon the handlebar, frame or tank of that vehicle, nor shall any person so ride upon that vehicle.

(B) No person shall ride a bicycle or motorcycle on any street without having his or her hands upon the handlebars, nor shall any person ride a bicycle or motorcycle upon any sidewalk or walkway within the town.
