§ 96.01 OWNER OR OCCUPANT OF PROPERTY TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MINORS.
   (A)   No person being the owner or occupant or otherwise in possession or control of any property located within the city shall knowingly allow any person under the age of 21 years to remain on such property while in the possession or while consuming alcoholic beverages as defined in KRS 241.010.
   (B)   No person being the parent or guardian or otherwise having the care, custody, or control of any minor shall knowingly allow the minor to violate any of the provisions of this chapter nor shall aid, abet, induce, cause, encourage, or in any way contribute to the minor violating any of the provisions of this chapter, including but not limited to allowing a minor having a propensity for possession or consumption of alcoholic beverages to be in possession or control of property located within the city under circumstances such that a reasonably prudent and responsible adult should have known that a violation of this chapter was likely to occur on the property.
