(A) No motor vehicle which is inoperable shall be stored on any lot or parcel of ground in any zone of the city unless it is in a completely enclosed building. Parking shall be limited to the number of operable vehicles regularly used by members of a resident family and their guests.
(B) Except as provided herein, it shall be unlawful to store any house trailer, mobile home, camper, boat, or other similar equipment in any location within the city unless in a completely enclosed building. However, outside storage shall be permitted within the rear yard of any lot and storage may be permitted by the Zoning Administrator on some other portion of a lot, due to extraordinary and topographic conditions or some other extraordinary condition of the site that would not allow such storage within the rear yard.
