§ 95.99 PENALTY.

Any person or entity who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a Class B misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined up to $250 and/or imprisoned for up to 90 days for each conviction. Each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense.
