(A) Any person violating any of the provisions § 93.10 receiving a citation will be permitted to void the citation upon payment of the amount of the yearly park sticker fee payable to the city. If a citation is issued and remains unpaid after fourteen (14) days, a fine is levied doubling the original amount of the citation issued.
(B) Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a class B misdemeanor punishable by up to 90 days in jail and a two hundred fifty dollar ($250.00) fine. However, the officer shall have th option of issuing a city citation with a fine of fifty dollars ($50.00) payable to the city.
