No individual shall be permitted to come upon the premises of Frederick's Landing or use any of its facilities without having purchased a park sticker. The costs of the park stickers are as follows:
(A) $2 per day per vehicle.
(B) $10 per day per vehicle with attached trailer.
(C) $10 per year per vehicle.
(D) $50 per year per vehicle with attached trailer.
(E) A separate annual residential sticker will be issued to city residents. Residents must present valid proof of residency in the form of a driver’s license/vehicle registration to the City Clerk’s office. Upon proof of establishing residency, an annual resident sticker will be issued free of charge. One sticker per residential address additional stickers may be purchased at the normal rate. This sticker is non transferable and must be permanently affixed on the front windshield of the vehicle to which the pass has been issued. Vehicles not matching the registration of the vehicle to which the annual resident pass has been issued will be cited as being in violation of park rules for not having a park sticker.
