All individuals who choose to come upon the premises of the Frederick's Landing or use any of its facilities shall be bound by the following additional rules and regulations.
(A) The speed limit in the park and on the access road leading to the park is 15 m.p.h. Any form of reckless and improper driving is prohibited.
(B) No parking is permitted on the boat ramp or on the grass.
(C) No motor vehicle or trailer shall be parked in excess of 24 hours continuously.
(D) No alcoholic beverages are permitted in the park.
(E) Anyone in the park during closing hours will be guilty of trespassing.
(F) All vehicles shall have the parking sticker required in § 93.10 displayed on the lower righthand side of the front windshield.
(G) Any motor vehicle, the owner or operator of which has been cited for a violation under this subchapter and has not paid the citation, will be towed to the police impounding lot upon the issuance of a second citation.
(H) No camping or setting up camp is permitted within the park.
(I) No swimming is permitted in or around the park.
(J) There shall be no littering or discharging of any form of trash or rubbish anywhere in the park.
(K) No parking is permitted in designated areas for persons with disabilities unless the vehicle is properly authorized to do so and has clearly displayed the license plates or window tag.
(L) No repairs of any vehicle shall be permitted in the park.
