§ 72.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Unless otherwise provided, whoever violates this chapter by disregarding a no parking sign shall be fined not less than ten dollars ($10) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100) for each offense.
   (B)   Unless otherwise provided, whoever violates this chapter by unlawfully parking any vehicle on the north side of the city garage or firehouse or in any manner blocking or obstructing the driveway in front of overhead doors shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than ten dollars ($10) nor more than one hundred ($100), or imprisoned for not more than thirty (30) days, or both.

   (C)   Any motor vehicle that shall be parked on the south side of Center Street for a distance of twenty-five (25) feet back from the corner of the intersection of Center Street and Licking Pike shall be subject to being towed away at the expense of the owner of the motor vehicle. Furthermore, any person violating this provision shall be subject to a ten dollar ($10) fine payable to the city, or if enforcement is necessary through the County District Court, shall be fined not less than ten dollars ($10) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100) for each offense.

   (D)   Any person violating any of the parking provisions in § 72.02 or any provisions of § 72.03 shall be subject to a fine of ten dollars ($10), which shall increase to fifteen dollars ($15) if not paid within seven (7) days. The amount shall be payable to the City of Wilder at the Wilder City Building, 400 Licking Pike, Wilder, Kentucky, 41071. If enforcement is necessary through the Campbell County District Court, the fine shall be not less than ten dollars ($10) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100) for each offense.

   (E)   Any motor vehicle parked in violation of § 72.03(E) shall, in addition to the provisions of § 72.99(D), be subject to being towed away at the expense of the owner and/or operator of the vehicle, including towing plus storage fees.

   (F)   Any motor vehicle parked in violation of § 72.03(F) shall be subject to being towed away at the expense of the owner and/or operator of the motor vehicle; in addition any person violating § 72.03(F) shall be subject to a fine of ten dollars ($10) payable to the city, or if enforcement is necessary through the County District Court, shall be fined not less than ten dollars ($10) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100) for each offense.
