§ 134.28 RESPONSIBILITY OF PARENTS.
   It shall also be unlawful for the parent, guardian or other adult person having the care and custody of a juvenile to knowingly permit such juvenile to loiter on or about any street, sidewalk, curb, gutter, parking lot, alley, vacant lot, park, playground or yard, whether public or private, without the consent or permission of the owner or occupant thereof, or to drive or ride upon the public streets, highways, roads or alleys, after the hours designated in § 134.27 and prior to 5:00 a.m. on the following morning. Provided, however, that such provision shall not apply when the juvenile is accompanied by his or her parent, guardian or other adult person having the care and custody of the juvenile, or where the juvenile is upon an emergency errand or legitimate business directed by his or her parent, guardian or other adult person having the care and custody of the juvenile.
