§ 134.27 CURFEW.
   (A)   Enforcement. A curfew applicable to juveniles is established and shall be enforced as follows.
      (1)   It shall be unlawful for any juvenile over the age of 15 to loiter on or about any street, sidewalk, curb, gutter, parking lot, alley, vacant lot, park, playground or yard, whether public or private, without the consent or permission of the owner or occupant thereof, or to drive or ride upon the public streets, highways, roads or alleys, during the hours between 10:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. of the following day on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday of each week, according to the applicable time standard then in effect for the town, or during the hours between 12:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday of each week, according to the applicable time standard then in effect for the town.
      (2)   It shall be unlawful for any juvenile under the age of 16 to loiter on or about any street, sidewalk, curb, gutter, parking lot, alley, vacant lot, park, playground or yard, whether public or private, without the consent or permission of the owner or occupant thereof, or to drive or ride upon the public streets, highways, roads or alleys, during the hours between 9:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. of the following day on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday of each week, according to the applicable time standard then in effect for the town, or during the hours between 10:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. the following day on Friday or Saturday of each week, according to the applicable time standard then in effect for the town.
   (B)   Exceptions. The restrictions provided by divisions (A)(1) and (A)(2) above shall not apply to any juvenile who is accompanied by a guardian, parent or other person charged with the care and custody of such juvenile, or other responsible person over 18 years of age, nor shall the restrictions apply to any juvenile who is traveling between his or her home or place of residence and the place where any approved place of employment, church, municipal or school function is being held.
