§ 94.22 FIRE CHIEF MAY PROHIBIT.
   The Chief of the Town Fire Department may prohibit all outdoor burning when atmospheric conditions or local circumstances make such fires hazardous.

§ 94.23 COMPLIANCE; PERMIT.
   In addition to the requirements of this subchapter, all persons shall comply with state laws and regulations concerning open burning, including, but not limited to, the requirement to obtain an open burning permit from the State Department of Public Health and Environment. Any person burning pursuant to § 94.21 and who is required to obtain an open burning permit from the State Department of Public Health and Environment shall submit a copy of such permit to the Town Clerk prior to conducting any burning within the town.

§ 94.99 PENALTY.
   Any person convicted of a violation of this chapter shall be punished as provided in § 10.99 of this code.
