(A) Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter or any provision of any rule or regulation adopted by the Inspector pursuant to authority granted by this chapter shall, upon conviction, be punished as set forth in § 10.99.
(B) Whoever violates any provision of §§ 154.40 through 154.49 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine of not more than $500 or imprisonment for not more than 30 days or both, for each offense. Each day that a violation continues after written notice has been served shall be deemed a separate offense.
