§ 154.40 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   MOBILE HOME or TRAILER. Includes but is not limited to any vehicle, including the equipment sold as a part of a vehicle, which is so constructed as to permit its being used as a conveyance upon public streets or highways by either self-propelled or non-self-propelled means, which is designed, constructed, or re-constructed, or added to by means of an enclosed addition or room, in such a manner as will permit the occupancy thereof as a dwelling or sleeping place, having no foundation other than wheels, jacks, skirting, or other temporary supports.
   STRUCTURE. Includes but is not limited to any residential or commercial building, and any other improvement or appurtenance associated therewith, including garages, carports and sheds.
   UNFIT, UNSAFE, OR HAZARDOUS. As it relates to a structure shall mean structures that are so damaged, decayed, dilapidated, structurally unsafe or unstable that partial or complete collapse is likely, or structures that are unsanitary, vermin or rat infested, contains filth and debris, or lacks the facilities essential for human occupation or structures that are a dangerous attractive nuisance to children.
