545.20 FIRE HYDRANTS.

(a) No person who is not duly authorized to do so shall turn on or cause the water to flow from any hydrant, valve, plug or other fixture of the Municipal water supply.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
