(a) No person shall erect or maintain any fence charged with electrical current.
(b) No person shall construct or cause to be constructed a partition fence from barbed wire in a residential district. In other zoning areas the use of barbed wire shall be permitted at the discretion of the Building Commissioner, provided such wire is placed atop a fence other than barbed wire and consists of one, two or three strands of barbed wire, the lowest strand of which is not less than seven feet from the ground.
(c) No person shall erect or maintain any fence containing razor wire.
(d) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
