505.16 DOG KENNELS PROHIBITED.

(a) No person shall keep or maintain any building, lair or structure, in any residential district, where dogs are kept, sheltered, raised, bred, maintained, sold or bartered for gain or profit.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
