374.01 LICENSE APPLICATION; FEE.

Application for a bicycle license shall be made by every owner of a bicycle to the Chief of Police upon a form provided by him. A license fee of one dollar ($1.00) shall be paid to the Chief of Police before a license is granted, and no further license fee shall be charged so long as the licensee continues to own such licensed bicycle.
