"Fireworks" means any composition or device prepared for the purpose of producing a
visible or audible effect by combustion, deflagration or detonation except ordinary
matches and except as provided in Section 1519.05.
(a) No person shall discharge fireworks in the City of Wickliffe unless that person is a licensed exhibitor of fireworks.
(b) Whoever violates subsection (a) of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on the first offense and a fourth degree misdemeanor on each subsequent offense.
