(a) No person, firm, group, corporation, association or organization shall sell or offer to sell any goods at a sale to be advertised or held out by any means to be one of the types of sales enumerated in Section 733.01 without complying with the limitations contained in this Chapter.
(b) Any sale regulated in this chapter shall be permitted twice yearly at any residential property for a duration not to exceed four (4) days for each occasion in any residential district provided regulations of the Zoning Code pertaining to signs and parking are observed. Signs must be placed outside the public right-of-way.
