1513.04 REQUIREMENTS FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT.

The Planning Commission shall consider applications for Conditional Use Permits to commence oil and gas drilling operations as permitted by a valid State of Ohio Permit and in accordance with the provisions of this Chapter 1513 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Wickliffe and all applicable laws of the United States and State of Ohio to include the standards and requirement of this Chapter 1513.
